My memories of Tom  are so many and so varied as he had such an impact in so many ways.  The  most important though, is that in about a billion ways, Tom was like a Father  to me. More so than my real Dad...  All my values, my work ethic,  writing, television production ideas, and philosophy about what life is and how  it should be lived were affected by Tom. They say one way to improve  yourself is to be surrounded by people that are better that you.  My 20  plus year friendship with Tom McRae, raised my bar to a whole new  level. Thanks to you and Sandi for your hospitality Friday and over the  last 2 decades.  Your friendship and support has meant the world to  me. I would be remiss if I didn’t say how proud I was of Sam too. She  did a wonderful job, and yes, Tom I’m sure was very proud of her.  I can  picturing him elbowing God saying, “that’s my girl... I taught her everything  I know!” I would be happy to help Sandi in anyway I can.  When the  dust settles and Sandi is up to it I would love to talk to her about it and/or  provide stories, information, whatever I can.
